AUDITION INFORMATION: 

Because our time together is limited in the mornings, you will be expected to learn and practice music outside of our rehearsal times as needed.

This year's audition/screening will measure your ability to learn/practice music on your own and/or attend and learn the OPUS practice sessions next week. IF YOU WERE IN DEVOX LAST YEAR AND COMPLETE THE PROCESS, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY IN THIS YEAR. 

If this is your first time auditioning for DeVox, you would benefit from attending our OPUS rehearsals. Previous members are encouraged to attend as well.

1) Tenors and Basses you must sing "My Country Tis of Thee" & the cut of "Light That I Cannot See"

2) 6th Grade you must sing "My Country Tis of Thee" and the cut of "Ad Astra"

3) 7/8th Sopranos and Altos you must sing an OCTAVE Scale and the cut of "Peace of Wild Things"

Choose the part that you want to sing and start practicing as you are able if you haven't already done so. Music is printed off. Please retrieve it from Mr. Gorman at your earliest convenience.

PLACEMENTS WILL BE POSTED ON OCTOBER 4TH (AFTER SCHOOL)
